Welcome to another installment of “Not a Model,” where Gwynnie Bee members style and play model in their favorite items. This is a great resource to see how different items look on different heights and body types, and could spark some styling inspiration for various pieces. She’s not a model, but she plays one with Gwynnie Bee! Meet Daria!

Queen Grace Karrie Dress in Black Lace, sizes 12-26
Why did you decide to become a Gwynnie Bee member?
One of my best girlfriends, Melissa, works at Gwynnie Bee and after months of raving about how amazing it is, she finally convinced me to give it a try. I’m so glad I listened to her! Of course I had to ask her join in the shoot!
When do you feel the most beautiful?
I feel most beautiful fresh out of the shower after a long, relaxing day at the beach.
Who do you look to for great style?
I have always liked Eva Mendes’ style! Also, Rashida Jones – cute, fresh and smart!
“I knew Daria would love Gwynnie Bee – she’s got a great eye for style and travels often for work so the service is perfect for her. She’s so fashion-forward that having a revolving closet really gives her an edge.” -Melissa

What is your daily uniform?
During the week, I am either in my office or traveling for work so I stick to mix and match basics – tailored pants, pencil skirts, and blazers – with fun tops and statement jewelry. On the weekends, I’m a jeans and flip flops kind of girl.

Favorite Gwynnie Bee brand?
ASOS Curve, hands down. Their pieces are usually the first ones I gravitate towards and closet in every new release. It’s both trendy and fashion-forward and especially flattering for those with hourglass shapes like myself.

Fave outfit of the shoot?
It’s a toss up between the Karrie Black Lace Dress and the ASOS Rainbow Sequin Pencil Skirt. The black lace dress is a classic with sort of a 1920’s flapper feel. The sequin pencil skirt is loud and fun – who doesn’t love sequins?
What has been the best part of your Gwynnie Bee membership?
- Every week I get to have that wrapped-present-under-the-
Christmas-tree feeling when my GB box arrives at my doorstep
- Always having something new to wear each week for that important work meeting or dinner date with my fiance
- Getting to constantly try out new pieces and styles while still cutting my monthly clothing budget in half
- Te attention to detail, love and care put into every package, every email, and every communication from the fabulous ladies at GB!
Thanks so much to Daria and Melissa for playing model with us!
