Happy and Hale
Happy and Hale has been my favorite place to go to on the weekends! They have breakfast items like their acai bowl, which is what I usually get. They also have salads, quinoa bowls, fresh juices, and smoothies. It’s really healthy food packed with a lot of flavor!

Moon and Lola
Moon and Lola is such a cute shop! They have locations in Cameron Village and downtown Raleigh. They have such gorgeous gifts and jewelry, and I always have my eye on their statement necklaces!
2014 Cameron Street and 208 S. Wilmington Street
Monday through Saturday 10 am – 7 pm, Sunday 12 pm – 5 pm
State Farmer’s Market
I love shopping at the farmer’s market on the weekends! I’m able to pick up local and fresh produce for a much lower price than at the grocery store. I love coming home with fruit, vegetables, flowers, honey, and they even have freshly baked bread.
1201 Agriculture Street
Monday through Saturday 5 am – 6 pm, Sunday 8 am – 6 pm.
Paintbar Nail Bar
Paintbar is a new nail salon that opened up in downtown Raleigh. The decor is so feminine, and it’s the perfect place to go if you want to treat yourself! They have such gorgeous polishes to choose from, and they go above and beyond when it comes to their customer’s health and safety.
705 Tucker Street
Monday through Saturday 9:30 am – 7 pm, Sunday 12 pm – 6 pm
NC State University
I went to NC State University, and it’s where I met both my husband and best friend. It’s a really large campus that has a great business and engineering programs. It’s really fun to go back and visit and walk around campus! If you’re in the mood for ice cream, they also serve it freshly made in the student center. NCSU is located on Hillsborough Street.
