What happens when you take a gorgeous model and hit the streets of one of the coolest hoods in Brooklyn? Our Fall Lookbook, of course! We took gorgeous Barbara Ferreira (that’s @barbienox on Instagram, if you aren’t following her already!) out for two days of photo fun on the sunny sidewalks of Bushwick, and we have the inside scoop on the shoot. Turns out that it was as delicious as it was cool!

French model Clementine Desseaux shows us how to effortlessly transition in to spring during the (hopefully few!) remaining chilly days we have left before it starts to get warm. While attending the Chromat show at MADE Fashion Week, I realized one of the models on the runway looked very familiar. Then it hit me – it was Kailee O’Sullivan, a face I see modeling Gwynnie Bee garments all the time. Since she was now modeling for two of my favorite companies, I wanted to take the opportunity to chat with her about the experience of walking in a NYFW show, something usually reserved for straight size models.
GB Member Sarah Chiyawa caught our attention with her new hashtag #plussizeplease created to encourage stores to carry a wider ranges of sizes. Here, Sarah tells us about how she came up with the idea and how it’s beginning to effect some real change within the industry.
