Style It: TOCCA for Gwynnie Bee – How to Perfect the Exclusive, Luxe Look

We are thrilled to continue bringing designers we love into the extended sizing space, exclusively for GB members! Today, we’re announcing the launch of TOCCA for Gwynnie Bee. Known for their perfumes and beauty lines, Tocca also creates feminine and modern garments with a nod to old-world Europe. CEO Gordon Finkelstein describes the Tocca Girl as a modern jet-setter, with a look that has little whimsy, and touches of artisanal flair.

Finkelstein tells us this capsule collection created for Gwynnie Bee was to introduce our members to the Tocca brand. The prints and colors capture the brand’s aesthetic as well as their signature details and subtle embellishments.

We visited the Tocca showroom, where Ray Guzman, VP of Manufacturing at Tocca, gave us styling tips on how to accessorize the brand’s new capsule collection.

Look #1: The Jewel Toned Work Dress

Collage 1 V-neck Sheath Dress In Tyrian Purple

This rich purple dress is a great way to make a statement at work. Contrast the deep color of the dress with a pop of mustard in the clutch to make a statement, or swap it out for a slate gray one for an elevated look. Try navy as your neutral, which keeps the color scheme warmer. A suede car coat adds a luxe texture to the ensemble, mirroring the details in the shoe.

Look #2: The Stepped-Up Separates

Collage3 Mushroom Print Blouse

This classic pintucked blouse is a great compliment to your workwear separates. Styled here with a clean black trouser, and a low block heel, this outfit is a perfect for the professional woman on the go. A velvet choker and houndstooth coat adds a pop of the unexpected, while retaining its chic simplicity.

Look #3: The Blouson Feather Frock

This sophisticated, yet whimsical dress is paired perfectly with the yellow clutch to pull from the colors in the dress. A magenta or bright teal bag would create a similar effect. Finish the look with a t-strap, pointy toe heel to highlight the vintage vibe.
