If you are like us, you do not have time for a full outfit change between work and your weekday holiday parties. That’s why we  created our Day to Night Party Dressing collection! For inspiration and some helpful tips from our stylish staff, we’re showing you how we transition our looks from the Gwynnie Bee office to our fun nights out this holiday season.

Kelly, Merchandising & PR
Staffer Kelly shows Gwynnie Bee her work to party look!
Universal Standard Garamond Vested Blazer in Universal Black and Universal Standard Didot Unzip Skirt In Universal Black (coming soon to Gwynnie Bee)

The Work Look: Starting with a base of a contemporary blazer/ vest and a pencil skirt, Kelly adds a crisp white button down and menswear-inspired loafers for a super-chic work look.

The Party Look:  Losing the layers, Kelly adds a touch of sparkle in her sparkling metallic jewelry and clutch, while swapping out her flats for a cutout bootie with a sexy twist.

Pro Tip: Zipper detailing can be styled! Kelly adjusted the zip on her pencil skirt for more coverage for work and a sexier flash of skin for the evening.

Emilia, Merchandising

City Chic Tuck Sleeve Blazer In Amber and City Chic Midnight Rose Bloom Dress

The Work Look: Emilia paired a colorful blazer over her floral frock with a simple ponytail for a work look that’s professional with personality! Black tights would work with the simple bootie, as well, for chillier days.

The Party look: Hair down and blazer off, this flirty look is ready to hit the town! A classic pointed toe pump and a black clutch finish off the sleek styling.

Pro Tip: Swapping our your comfortable work booties for a high heel instantly elevates the look from day to night.

Sarah, In-House Legal Counsel

Staffer Sarah shows Gwynnie Bee her work to party look!

City Chic Vintage Veronica Dress in Pool Blue

The Work Look: Sarah stuns in cobalt number, layering a long sleeve tee under her sleeveless dress for a bit of extra coverage. Opaque black tights and flat booties are professional and polished for busy days.

The Party Look: Matching gold accessories instantly scream major glamour—the clutch, heels and thin belt all work back to each other without going overboard. Leaving the shirt and tights behind take the look from layered to va-va-voom.

Pro Tip: Adding a pop of red lipstick is a simple make-up swap that adds a major dose of party glam.

Lisa, Marketing and Editorial
Staffer Lisa shows Gwynnie Bee her work to party look!  Elvi Navy Tailored Jacket (coming soon to Gwynnie Bee) and Eloquii Plaid Flannel Skirt

The Work Look: Separates are a great way to transition a look from day to night. Lisa’s navy blazer picks up the blue of her midi skirt, while the the black turtleneck and office-smart purse keeps her looking crisp.

The Party Look:  With a sassy pony, a chunky gold necklace, and a party clutch, this look is ready to hit the town. The festive plaid pulls double- duty with ease.

Pro Tip: Swapping out your bulkier tote for a clutch signals you are leaving your work (and laptop!) behind for the night.

Deidre, Customer Service

Staffer Deidre shows Gwynnie Bee her work to party look!

MBN Olivia Top in Burgundy with City Chic Jacquard Skinny Jean (left) and Modamix Scuba Pencil Skirt In Black Dahlia Print (right)

The Work Look: Not every office is conservative. Deidre shows us a more casual but still put-together look with a fluid berry blouse and curve-hugging black denim.

The Party Look:  For her night out,  Deidre opts for a statement skirt (one of your closet’s must-haves!) in a fun print and complements it with some serious earring bling.

Pro Tip: A classic heel with an ankle strap with serve you well for day or night, meaning there’s no need to change your shoes when you’re on the go.

Yay! I’ve found Kelly’s reviews to be so helpful because we are size and style similar. I’ve always wondered what she looked like so I’m happy to see this spread.

Hi, Kelly! Nice to “meet” you 🙂
